Job Description

MedIntelx is looking for nursing graduates interested in building a career in healthcare billing and clinical validation.

The role involves reviewing inpatient medical records and hospital bills to verify whether the services charged by the hospital are supported by the patient's medical documentation.

No prior experience in medical billing or medical coding is required. Freshers will receive complete training before starting the work.

What You Will Do

- Review inpatient medical records and hospital bills.
- Verify billed medications, tests, procedures, supplies, and other services against medical records.
- Compare hospital charges with physician orders, nursing notes, medication records, and investigation reports.
- Identify duplicate, incorrect, or unsupported charges.
- Verify admission, discharge, room, ICU, and length-of-stay details.
- Record findings clearly and accurately.




- Discuss difficult cases with senior reviewers.
- Follow quality standards, client guidelines, and patient confidentiality requirements.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Candidates with a positive understanding of medical terminology, diseases, medications, and hospital procedures.
- Candidates comfortable reading medical records.
