About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and analytical skills, a good understanding of statutory compliances, and the ability to work closely with management, auditors, investors, bankers, and internal teams.

The candidate will be managing key finance and accounting activities, monitoring cash flows, supporting audits and compliances, and preparing insightful MIS reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor funds, cash flows, and liquidity to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports for investors, bankers, and senior management.
- Regular monitor books of accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Handle and support monthly book closure activities, including review and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with and provide necessary support to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and GST Audit teams.
- Assist internal teams in ensuring timely ROC and MCA compliances and related statutory filings.
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports, financial data, and business performance metrics to management.
- Identify financial trends, variances,



and key insights and communicate them effectively to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting, compliance, and finance-related matters.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Practical experience in monthly book closure and preparation/review of financial statements.
- Exposure to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and GST Audit processes.
- Understanding of ROC/MCA compliances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and MIS reports.
- Good proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting softwares and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when interacting with management, investors, and bankers.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Team-handling or team-coordination experience will be an added advantage.What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can take ownership of accounting and compliance activities, analyze financial information effectively, and communicate insights clearly to management and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
