Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain digital marketing courses, course fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students about career options in digital marketing and AI.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule demo classes and coordinate with trainers.
- Manage admission forms, fee records, and student databases.
- Maintain daily enquiry and admission reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience in admission counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
