Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Location: Belapur

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary: ₹18,600 – ₹24,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and available options.

Understand customer requirements and generate genuine leads.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain daily call and lead records.

Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
