Electrical Executive – C License

Frozen Industries ( Veg & Non Veg)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

- Operate and maintain electrical installations, HT/LT systems, transformers, panels, switchgear, cables and motors.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential electrical faults.
- Maintain electrical equipment and maintenance records.
- Ensure proper functioning of DG, APFC panels, UPS and other electrical systems, as applicable.

2. Electrical Safety & Compliance

- Ensure electrical activities are carried out in accordance with applicable electricity laws, safety requirements and company procedures.
- Implement electrical safety procedures and risk-control measures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by electricians and contractors.
- Conduct regular electrical safety inspections.
- Ensure proper earthing, insulation, protection systems and safety devices.
- Coordinate statutory electrical inspections and testing.
- Immediately report electrical hazards, unsafe conditions and major faults.

3. HT/LT Installation & Project Work

- Plan and supervise electrical installation, modification and expansion works.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and specifications.
- Supervise contractors and electrical technicians.
- Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Projects teams.
- Verify that electrical work is completed according to approved specifications.

4. Team Supervision

- Supervise electricians, helpers, technicians and electrical contractors.
- Allocate daily electrical maintenance activities.
- Monitor manpower utilization and work progress.
- Provide technical guidance to the electrical team.




- Ensure discipline, safety and proper working practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings where required.

5. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and emergency situations.
- Analyze recurring electrical failures and identify root causes.
- Maintain critical electrical spares and tools.
- Reduce equipment downtime through timely maintenance.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs and corrective actions.

6. Energy Management

- Monitor electricity consumption and demand.
- Identify opportunities for energy saving and cost reduction.
- Monitor power factor and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support load management and efficient utilization of electrical equipment.
- Prepare energy consumption reports and highlight abnormal consumption.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain electrical logbooks, inspection records and maintenance registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly electrical maintenance reports.
- Maintain records of HT/LT equipment, transformers, DG sets, panels and motors.
- Update electrical drawings and equipment records whenever modifications are made.
- Maintain statutory certificates, test reports and inspection documents.
- Support internal, customer and statutory audits.

8. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with electrical contractors and service providers.




- Verify quality of electrical materials and workmanship.
- Monitor contractor work and safety compliance.
- Assist in procurement of electrical spares, tools and equipment.
- Verify service reports and work completion.

9. Emergency & Breakdown Management

- Respond immediately to major electrical breakdowns.
- Ensure safe isolation of electrical equipment before maintenance.
- Coordinate restoration of power supply with concerned departments.
- Investigate major breakdowns and prepare corrective-action reports.
- Maintain emergency response procedures for electrical incidents.

10. General Responsibilities

- Ensure availability of critical electrical spares and tools.
- Support factory/plant electrical expansion and improvement projects.
- Maintain good housekeeping in electrical rooms and panels.
- Ensure electrical rooms are kept clean, dry and accessible.
- Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime.
- Suggest improvements for electrical reliability, safety and energy efficiency.

Required Qualification & Competencies

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Valid C License / Electrical Supervisor or equivalent authorization, as applicable under the relevant state requirements.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing/food-processing plants.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, panels, motors, protection systems and electrical safety.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
