Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Onboarding Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with clients and brands, understanding their property requirements, collecting the necessary information, and coordinating with the appropriate internal team.

The candidate will also support property onboarding and other day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with clients and brands to understand their property requirements.
- Collect and maintain accurate requirement details.
- Understand location, budget, property type, size, and other preferences.
- Identify suitable properties based on client or brand requirements.
- Coordinate with the Residential, Commercial, or other relevant teams.
- Assist in onboarding new properties and maintaining property information.
- Follow up with clients, property owners, and internal teams.




- Update requirement and property details in company records or CRM.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
- Support site visits and other property-related activities when required.
- Assist the team with regular business and coordination tasks.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, brands, and property owners.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Willingness to work in an in-person workplace.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
