- Create robust network architecture, server infrastructure designs, and security policies for global enterprise operations.
- Conduct routine site audits, network performance reviews, and vulnerability assessments across retail showrooms, manufacturing hubs, and data centers.
- Resolve real-time network outages, server downtime, security incidents, and technical hardware failures across active systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal IT teams, executive management, ISP vendors, system integrators, and security consultants.
- Ensure all IT operations, server environments, and network setups comply with international security protocols, data privacy laws, and PCI-DSS regulations.
- Review change requests, procurement submittals, vendor SLAs, firewall rule modifications,



and infrastructure upgrade proposals.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Cisco routing/switching, VMware, active directory, enterprise firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Maintain deep knowledge of network security, server virtualizations, storage arrays (SAN/NAS), disaster recovery planning, and hardware lifecycle management
