Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical, and industry-oriented training programs for corporate employees and IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The trainer should be capable of customizing training content based on the client's requirements, employee skill levels, and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led Oracle corporate training for technical teams and IT professionals.
- Conduct training through online, classroom, or client-site sessions as required.
- Assess participant skill levels and customize training accordingly.
- Develop training plans, presentations, exercises, labs, and reference materials.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical real-time scenarios.
- Explain Oracle concepts using enterprise and project-based use cases.
- Conduct interactive sessions, discussions, assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Provide practical assignments and exercises to reinforce learning.
- Address participant questions and provide technical guidance.
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training delivery.
- Coordinate with the client or training coordinator regarding schedules, curriculum, and training requirements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with relevant Oracle technologies.
- Previous experience delivering corporate or professional training.
- Robust technical knowledge of the Oracle subject area being trained.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to work with participants from different technical backgrounds.
- Experience developing customized corporate training content is preferred.
- Real-time project implementation experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle certifications are an advantage.
- Experience training corporate IT teams and developers.
- Experience delivering customized enterprise training programs.
- Strong knowledge of real-world implementation and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Experience with virtual training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Pay: ₹12,538.69 - ₹73,206.08 per month
