Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Floor Supervisor – Bar & F&B; to manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in F&B; and bar operations, strong knowledge of liquor and beverages, and experience handling F&B; teams and guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily F&B; floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns and escalations.
- Manage bar operations, including beverage service, stock and inventory.
- Maintain strong knowledge of liquor, beverages and bar service.
- Monitor bar inventory, stock movement and wastage.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Operations teams for timely service.
- Ensure compliance with F&B;, hygiene and operational SOPs.
- Train, guide and support team members to improve service quality.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions as required.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Support operations during peak hours, weekends and events.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B;, restaurant or bar operations.




- Experience as a Floor Supervisor, Senior Captain, Bar Supervisor or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of liquor, beverages and bar operations is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of F&B; service standards and guest handling.
- Experience in team supervision and staff coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bar inventory, stock control and wastage management.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peak-hour operations.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad will be preferred.

Work Schedule

- 6 days working
- 1 rotational weekly off
- Rotational shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
