Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging and creative social media posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content schedule.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and industry trends.
- Develop creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, impressions, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new social media strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms,



and content formats.

Requirements

- Students or recent graduates interested in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong interest in social media platforms and online trends.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible remote environment.
