Job Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing vessels, mixing tanks, homogenizers, and associated machinery as per approved SOPs and batch instructions.
- Set and monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, RPM, vacuum, pressure, mixing time, and processing time.
- Ensure proper charging of raw materials into vessels as per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Monitor mixing, heating, cooling, homogenization, and emulsification processes to achieve the required product quality and consistency.
- Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and contamination-control requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and line clearance of vessels, pipelines, transfer

& Product Equipment
Maintain accurate BMRs, equipment logbooks, cleaning records, and other product & Documentation ,

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams whenever required.





Key Skills

- Knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes and vessel operations.
- Understanding of mixing, homogenization, emulsification, heating, and cooling processes.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and production safety.
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs and BMRs.
- Valuable observation, discipline, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,200.72 - ₹30,200.53 per month
