- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and rectify faults promptly.
- Maintain electrical panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCs, motors, pumps, and lighting systems.
- Check and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, and power points.
- Attend electrical complaints from guest rooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas.
- Monitor DG, UPS, and other electrical equipment as assigned.
- Conduct basic electrical testing using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Maintain daily maintenance and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and facility SOPs.
- Ensure minimum disruption to guests and daily guest house operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
