Job Summary

The Fisherman’s Wharf is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and qualified manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist guests with menu information and recommendations when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper handling and care of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.




- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
