- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Expand market share across key visa categories.=
- Lead, mentor, and track performance for senior consultants, inside sales reps, and telecallers.
- Set KPIs, target structures, incentive plans, and performance benchmarks for the sales team.
- Conduct ongoing training on consultative selling, objection handling, high-value client conversions, and regulatory policy updates.
- Oversee lead funnel management from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, digital channels, and referrals.
- Ensure smooth post-sale handovers to legal, processing, and documentation teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
