Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Legal, Compliance & Liaisoning to lead the

organization's legal, regulatory, and liaisoning functions. The role will be responsible for

ensuring legal compliance, managing statutory approvals, handling contracts and litigation

matters, and maintaining effective relationships with government authorities and regulatory

bodies.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee all legal, compliance, and liaisoning activities across the organization.

 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

 Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

 Manage legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external legal counsel.

 Obtain and monitor regulatory approvals, licenses, and permits.

 Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.

 Advise management on legal risks and compliance-related matters.

 Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

 Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the business.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
