- Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up on leads and support the conversion process
- Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Malayalam communication
- Basic English communication skills
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups efficiently
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
