Job Description – Payment Follow-Up Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and confident Payment Follow-Up Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding collections, and payment coordination. The candidate should have good communication and follow-up skills and be comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments through phone calls.
- Maintain records of outstanding payments and customer follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams regarding payment-related matters.
- Update payment commitments, collection status, and follow-up remarks regularly.
- Send payment reminders and ensure timely follow-up until payment is received.




- Resolve basic customer queries related to invoices, outstanding amounts, and payment status.
- Escalate delayed or disputed payments to the concerned department or management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on pending payments and collections.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships during collection follow-ups.

Qualification & Skills

- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate payment and customer records
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
