Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Application Support proficient in Dynatrace and familiar with Splunk

Job Description

Provide expertlevel support and monitoring for enterprise applications using Dynatrace

Analyze application performance metrics to identify and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure application stability and reliability

Utilize Dynatrace dashboards and tools for proactive performance tuning and incident management

Leverage Splunk for log analysis and correlation to enhance troubleshooting capabilities

Maintain and update documentation related to application support processes and monitoring configurations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and support workflows

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor application health and performance using Dynatrace and respond to s in a timely manner

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues coordinating with crossfunctional teams as needed Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures

Support release management activities by validating application behavior postdeployment Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the application support function

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices in application support Generate reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly
