Job Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing ISP division in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and retail sales, specifically focusing on broadband, Internet Leased Lines (ILL), and corporate leased lines. You must possess excellent locality knowledge of Bhopal’s commercial hubs to effectively generate revenue and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Field-Driven Sales: Conduct regular field visits across industrial, corporate, in Bhopal to acquire new clients.
- Product Promotion: Market and sell our core internet solutions, including high-speed Broadband, Internet Leased Lines (ILL), and Corporate Leased Lines.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Map potential B2B / corporate clients, identify decision-makers, deliver product pitches, and successfully close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle, understanding their bandwidth requirements and providing customized solutions.
- Market Mapping:



Leverage deep knowledge of Bhopal's geography (such as MP Nagar, Ashoka Garden, Kohefiza, Kamla Park, etc.) to target high-potential zones efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements & Key Skills

- Domain Expertise: Mandatory 1 to 2 years of experience in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) or Telecom industry.
- Product Knowledge: Robust fundamental understanding of Broadband, ILL, and Corporate Leased Lines.
- Local Geography Expert: Must have excellent locality and market knowledge of Bhopal.
- Mandatory Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and a functional smartphone for daily field reporting.
- Communication: Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (Hindi and professional English).
- Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th pass or Graduation with relevant domain experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
