Handle customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
Prepare job cards, explain repair/service requirements and provide estimated costs.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle repair/service progress.
Keep customers updated on job status, additional repairs and delivery timelines.
Conduct vehicle inspection and ensure quality work before delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups professionally.
Achieve service targets, customer satisfaction and retention objectives.
Experience: 1–5 years in Automobile Dealership / Workshop; Service Advisor experience preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
