Telecaller Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our products/services, answering customer queries, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers and leads.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Provide regular updates on calling and sales performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
