About the Role

We are looking for a confident, engaging English & Hindi on-camera presenter to become the face and voice of Capital Shiftz, our finance-focused YouTube channel.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting financial and money-related topics in a clear, calm and credible manner. You will present sourced scripts provided to you and bring them to life naturally on camera.

This is a presentation-focused role. You will not be responsible for research or video editing.

Key Responsibilities

· Present finance and personal-money related content on camera for Capital Shiftz.

· Deliver approximately two shoots per week.

· Each video will typically be 5–8 minutes.

· Read and present sourced scripts provided by the team.

· Communicate complex financial topics in a simple, clear and engaging manner.

· Maintain a calm, professional and credible presentation style.

· Become the consistent face and voice of Capital Shiftz.

· Follow the approved content, presentation and channel guidelines.

· Participate in trial recordings and incorporate reasonable presentation feedback.

What We Are Looking For

· Strong English or Hinglish communication skills.

· Confident and natural on-camera presence.

· Clear diction and good voice quality.

· Ability to explain financial topics in an understandable manner.

· Comfortable presenting structured scripts without sounding overly rehearsed.

· Professional and composed presentation style.

· Previous experience as a YouTube presenter, financial content creator, news presenter, host, anchor or similar on-camera role is preferred.





· Candidates should be able to provide at least 3 live YouTube pieces that they have personally presented.

Presentation Style

The presenter should be:

· Calm and clear

· Credible and professional

· Conversational rather than overly scripted

· Engaging without being aggressive

· Comfortable discussing finance without creating a "guru" persona

The role is NOT about:

· Shouting or exaggerated presentation

· Giving stock tips

· Saying "buy this" or making direct investment recommendations

· Acting as a financial guru

· Conducting independent research

· Editing videos

Trial Process

Candidates will complete a paid 10-day trial.

As part of the trial, the candidate will record:

2 × approximately 6-minute finance videos based on briefs provided by the team.

The trial will assess:

· On-camera presence

· Voice and clarity

· Ability to communicate financial topics

· Natural delivery

· Ability to follow a supplied script

· Overall suitability to become the face of Capital Shiftz

Trial fee: ₹10,000

Successful candidates may subsequently be offered the regular contract/retainer.

Important

The Orator / Speaker is responsible for presentation only.

The role does not include:

· Script research

· Script writing

· Video editing

· Shorts editing

· Thumbnail creation

· Channel management

The presenter will work with the production team, who will provide the required scripts and production briefs.

Final compensation will depend on experience, presentation quality and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
