Brand Coordinator – AfterHours Club

AfterHours Club is an upcoming streetwear clothing brand preparing to launch its first collection. We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Brand Coordinator to help keep the work moving from design development through to launch.

You’ll work directly with the founder and designer. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys fashion, communicates clearly and is comfortable following up with different people to get things done.

Responsibilities

- Maintain task lists and timelines for the first collection and launch.
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, printers and other vendors.
- Track samples, changes, approvals and production updates.
- Help organise photoshoots, packaging, product details and website listings.
- Keep clear records of samples, inventory and vendor information.




- Flag delays or issues early and follow through on next steps.

What we’re looking for

- Valuable communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence using spreadsheets to track work.
- Interest in fashion, streetwear or building a new brand.
- Ability to manage different tasks and work closely with a small team.
- Experience in fashion, production coordination, brand operations or e-commerce is helpful, but not required.
