ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Real Asset Fund Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting activities for Real Estate and Real Asset Funds. The role offers exposure to fund accounting, NAV preparation, property accounting, SPV accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Asset / Real Estate Fund Accounting

• Perform end-to-end accounting activities for Real Estate and Real Asset Funds.

• Prepare and review Fund NAV calculations.

• Account for:

o Property rental income

o Lease transactions

o Property operating expenses

o Capital expenditure

o Service charge transactions

o Accruals and prepayments

• Review property and investment valuations.

• Account for acquisitions, disposals, and revaluation movements.

• Monitor fund-level income and expenses.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements for Real Estate and Real Asset Funds.

• Prepare reconciliations, reporting packs, and supporting schedules.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and disclosures.

• Support audits and stakeholder requests.





• Deliver reporting within agreed timelines and quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SPV Accounting & Consolidation

• Perform accounting for multiple SPVs within fund structures.

• Invoice processing for treasury payment and accounting.

• Prepare SPV financial statements and reconciliations.

• Account for intercompany transactions and balances.

• Support consolidation and elimination activities.

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.

Education & Experience:

Qualified CA / ACCA with minimum 1+ years of relevant Real Asset Fund Accounting experience

OR

Semi-qualified CA / ACCA, CMA with minimum 2+ years of relevant Real Asset Fund Accounting experience
