1. Planning & Execution of Finishing Works

1.1. Develop detailed work plans & schedules for finishing works, considering project

milestones.

1.2. Ensure seamless coordination of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling, joinery,

and final installations.

1.3. Address technical challenges in finishing work and provide quick solutions.

2.Quality Control & DigiQC Monitoring

2.1. Enforce ISO 9001:2015 quality standards for all finishing activities.

2.2. Implement DigiQC for real-time quality monitoring and resolve identified defects.

2.3. Approve finishing mock-ups and material samples before bulk execution.

3. Coordination with MEP & Civil Teams

3.1. Ensure that electrical and plumbing fixtures align with interior finishes.

3.2. Verify waterproofing treatments in wet areas before tiling and painting.

3.3. Prevent conflicts between false ceiling designs and HVAC ducting.

4. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

4.1.



Review and approve bills for finishing subcontractors and material suppliers.

4.2. Ensure adherence to project BOQ specifications and material approvals.

4.3. Monitor workforce productivity and subcontractor efficiency.

5. Snagging, Handover & Client Coordination

5.1. Conduct pre-handover inspections and client walkthroughs.

5.2. Manage the final checklist for snag rectifications and defect closures.

5.3. Ensure handover of project sections with complete finishing & MEP installations.

6. Reporting & Compliance

6.1. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and submit them to management.

6.2. Ensure all finishing-related NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) are addressed.

6.3. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation for finishing quality audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
