Job role

We are looking for a Sales Quality Analyst to monitor and improve the quality, accuracy, and compliance of sales activities. The role will involve reviewing sales processes, maintaining sales documentation, preparing Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Invoices, tracking CRM activities, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor sales activities, lead follow-ups, demos, and closures for quality and process compliance.
- Track and review the Sales CRM daily to ensure timely updates and accurate lead/opportunity status.
- Verify CRM data, sales activities, follow-ups, and closure details for accuracy.
- Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Invoices accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers for order processing and documentation.
- Track quotations, PIs, payments, orders, dispatches, and pending actions.
- Check pricing, product details, customer information, and sales documents for accuracy.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
- Identify process gaps, errors, and documentation issues and ensure timely corrections.
- Maintain sales records and support management with sales quality analysis and process improvement.

Must have skills

Follow-up and coordination skills Ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills. Strong CRM management and daily tracking skills

Good to have skills

Experience with Sales CRM/ERP tools Understanding of QMS/ISO documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Masters' in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales Quality, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Invoices, POs, and sales documentation.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyse sales data.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up on pending activities
