Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support CA ESP Workload Automation Scheduler in Mainframe environments
- Monitor schedule and manage batch job processing to ensure timely execution of business critical workloads
- Create modify and maintain ESP job definitions calendars dependencies and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures scheduling conflicts and production issues
- Coordinate with application and operations teams for batch scheduling requirements and production deployments
- Monitor daily batch processing and ensure SLA compliance
- Perform root cause analysis RCA for scheduling and batch processing incidents
- Implement and maintain job automation workload balancing and process optimization
- Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning for scheduler environments




- Manage scheduler upgrades patches and configuration changes
- Develop and maintain operational documentation job schedules and runbooks
- Ensure compliance with change management audit and security standards
- Participate in on call support and provide production support for critical batch cycles
