Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage project data, prepare MIS reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support project operations through timely and reliable data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel and excellent data management and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and regularly update project MIS records with accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per project requirements.
- Manage trainee data, attendance, assessments, placements, and other project-related information.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analysis using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Verify and validate data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for data collection and report preparation.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation and records.
- Support project audits by providing required data and supporting documents.




- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or administration.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Charts
- Advanced Formulas
- Data Validation
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Skill Development, NSDC, CSR, or Training Projects.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, MIS dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP or project management systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
