About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, managing digital marketing activities, and promoting our HVAC, engineering, and industrial products across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design marketing materials, social media creatives, brochures, catalogues, presentations, posters, and promotional materials.
- Create product visuals, company profiles, banners, and other branding materials.
- Develop graphics and visual content for HVAC, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial products.
- Edit photos and videos for marketing and social media use.
- Maintain consistency in company branding and visual identity.

Digital Marketing

- Manage and maintain company social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content plans and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Support website content updates, product uploads, and basic SEO activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote products, projects, and company activities.




- Research industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing opportunities.
- Support lead-generation campaigns and online promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, engineering, construction, or industrial companies.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms is preferred.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail.
- Positive English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to understand technical/industrial products and convert them into attractive marketing content.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to handle both creative design and digital marketing activities independently, from developing the concept and designing the artwork to publishing content and monitoring its performance.

Candidates with experience in HVAC, manufacturing, engineering, MEP, construction, or other industrial sectors will be preferred.
