About the role: We're looking for a creative, fast-moving website developer to build interactive websites and high-converting landing pages. Our site changes regularly, so you'll be shipping updates, new pages, and experiments every week. You should be comfortable using AI tools to speed up design, coding, and content work.

Responsibilities:

- Build up-to-date, interactive websites and landing pages using React (Next.js is a plus) and Node.js.
- Maintain and customise our WordPress sites, including themes, plugins, and page builders.
- Update the website regularly with new pages, campaign landing pages, banners, and content changes.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, Midjourney, and so on) to build faster, write copy, and create visuals.
- Add animations and interactive elements (for example Framer Motion or GSAP) to make pages engaging.
- Make sure every page is responsive, loads fast, and follows SEO best practices.
- Set up forms, tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and third-party integrations.




- Run A/B tests and improve landing pages based on results.
- Work with the marketing and design teams to turn ideas into live pages quickly.

Requirements:

- [1]+ years of experience building websites and landing pages.
- Strong skills in React.js, with working knowledge of Node.js.
- Hands-on WordPress experience (theme customisation, Elementor or similar builders, plugins).
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Active, daily use of AI tools in your development work, and examples you can show us.
- Good eye for design, UI/UX, and conversion-focused layouts.
- Understanding of SEO basics, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Comfortable with Git and deploying to hosting (Vercel, cPanel, AWS, or similar).
- Able to handle frequent changes and tight deadlines without losing quality.
- A portfolio of live websites and landing pages you've built.

Nice to have: Next.js, headless WordPress, Figma, basic graphic or video editing, and experience with e-commerce sites.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
