- Bcom, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role. Fresher also Apply
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
