We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Customer Care to manage and resolve queries raised by distributors, retailers, and sales executives. The role involves backend sales coordination, complaint handling, and ensuring smooth communication between the field sales team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from distributors and retailers.
- Resolve product, pricing, dispatch, and scheme-related queries.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Area/Regional Sales Managers for order processing and follow-ups.
- Track dispatch status, pending orders, and delivery timelines.
- Manage complaints related to shortages, damages, returns, and credit notes.
- Maintain daily MIS reports for pending cases and resolutions.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time)



adherence for all queries.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Positive understanding of distributor-based sales model.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak season/month-end closing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
