Job Description – HR & Admin Intern

Position: HR & Admin Intern
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Employment Type: Internship
Location: Greater Noida
Duration: one year
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administration team. This internship will provide practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Support employees with basic HR-related queries.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with offer, joining, and recruitment documentation.

Employee Engagement

- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing communication and engagement material.
- Collect employee feedback and support HR engagement initiatives.

Administration

- Assist with daily office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain records related to office supplies, vendors, and administrative requirements.
- Support coordination with housekeeping, security,



maintenance, and other service providers.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR/Admin team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
