We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, proactive, and interested in building hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support uEngage's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan content around upcoming events, festivals, important days, company activities, product updates, and industry trends.
- Create basic social media creatives, templates, and posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Design simple creatives for events, announcements, hiring, employee engagement, campaigns, and company updates.
- Assist in writing engaging captions, post copy, and social media content.
- Research trending topics, content formats, hashtags, and relevant industry content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, updates, photographs, and other content required for social media.
- Keep track of upcoming events, festivals, campaigns, and important dates and incorporate them into the content calendar.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing social media posts.




- Monitor basic social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Maintain an organized library of social media creatives, templates, and content.
- Support employee branding and other digital marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar designing tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and presentation.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and maintain content calendars.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new social media trends and content formats.

Good to Have

- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, or basic animations.
- Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Previous experience managing a college, personal, or organization social media page.
