We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain electronic products and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic products and equipment.
- Carry out repair, servicing, installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Use appropriate testing and diagnostic tools to identify technical issues.
- Attend customer service requests and provide effective technical solutions.
- Maintain service records, repair reports, and details of spare parts used.
- Ensure all repaired products meet required quality and performance standards.
- Coordinate with the service team and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper handling of tools and equipment.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Relevant technical certification or training will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics servicing, repair, or technical support preferred.
- Freshers with Electronics background can apply
Skills Require
- Positive knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use basic electronic testing equipment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
