SPECIAL EDUCATOR
- Provide individualized educational support to students with special educational needs.
- Identify students’ learning difficulties and develop appropriate support strategies.
- Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as required.
- Use inclusive, child-friendly, and activity-based teaching methods.
- Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities according to students’ needs.
- Monitor students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain progress records.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents to support students’ overall development.
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning workplace.
