WE ARE looking for an experienced BIM Modeller / Revit Modeller to support a specific façade modelling project on a project-based basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Revit models of architectural aluminium and glass façade systems based on CAD drawings, technical drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate Revit models for façade units based on approved CAD and technical drawings.
- Model façade systems including:
- Curtain wall systems
- Doors
- Windows
- Fixed partitions
- Top-hung windows
- Sliding windows and doors
- Folding windows and doors
- Associated façade components and details
- Create and modify Revit Families as required.
- Maintain accurate geometry, dimensions, parameters and detailing.
- Coordinate Revit models with CAD drawings and technical information.
- Incorporate revisions based on technical review comments.
- Follow project modelling standards and instructions.
- Complete assigned modelling works within the agreed project timeline.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Practical experience in BIM modelling and Revit Family creation/modification.
- Experience in façade, curtain wall,
aluminium windows/doors or architectural modelling will be preferred.
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and technical details.
- Good understanding of Revit modelling techniques, parameters and families.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet short project deadlines.
- Previous experience working on façade projects will be an advantage.

- Engagement: Project-based
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Project Duration: Until completion of the assigned modelling scope
