*Job Title:* Food and Beverage Manager

*Reports to:* General Manager/Resort Manager

*Job Summary:*

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the resort's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and develop the F&B; team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and optimize menu offerings and inventory management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Team Management:*

- Lead, train, and develop F&B; staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

2. *Operations:*

- Oversee daily F&B; operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

3. *Revenue Growth:*

- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B; revenue and profitability.

- Analyze sales trends and recommend menu changes, pricing, and promotions.

4. *Guest Satisfaction:*

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through prompt service, quality food, and attentive staff.





- Respond to guest feedback and complaints.

5. *Inventory Management:*

- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.

- Minimize waste and optimize inventory usage.

6. *Menu Development:*

- Develop and implement recent menu concepts and promotions.

- Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create innovative and appealing dishes.

*Requirements:*

- Hospitality/F&B; experience

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Financial management and analytical skills

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
