We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Candidates with experience in a luxury boutique, premium fashion store, or textile showroom are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customers and provide excellent service.
- Lead and supervise store staff.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper discipline.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.




- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and store requirements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in luxury boutiques, premium fashion stores, or textile showrooms is preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and store operations.
- Target-oriented and well-organised.
- Ability to manage the store independently.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
