Job Title: Telecaller – Multiple Language Speakers

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Telecallers.

Languages Required:
Candidates proficient in any one or more of the following languages are welcome:

- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Telugu

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers/candidates.
- Explain relevant services and provide necessary information.
- Handle queries and maintain proper communication.
- Follow up with leads and update call details.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in at least one of the mentioned languages.
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates who are confident and comfortable with calling are encouraged to apply.
