Summary:
The Purchase Department is responsible for procuring goods and services necessary for the organization’s operations in a cost-effective and timely manner. Involves identifying suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring quality standards are met

Role and Responsibility

01. Collecting weaving mistake reports from the grey department and finished QC department.

02. Communicating identified mistakes to respective weavers, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

03. Conducting thorough cross-checking to verify mistakes and ensure measurement conditions are accurately met.

04. Verifying yarn specifications (count, number of ends, mill of origin)



at the loom to ensure compliance with standards.

05. Inspecting reed, pick, length, and width at the loom to ensure alignment with specified parameters.

06. Checking colour average to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.

07. Documenting inspection activities in detailed reports, verified with vendor signatures for confirmation.

08. Informing vendors about corrective actions to address loom-related issues identified during inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
