Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and material inventory.
- Handle material inward and outward entries.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory in ERP/software.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Issue raw materials to the production department as per requirements.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department.
- Conduct physical stock verification and monthly stock audits.
- Maintain proper material identification, labeling and storage.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with production, purchase and quality departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of all store transactions.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1–3 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment or engineering industries.
