Position: Dispatch Executive
Experience: 2–3 +Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Vasai East

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and other required documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers and internal departments.
- Check material quantity and packing before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch status.
- Track deliveries and follow up with transporters.
- Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
- Coordinate with the production, stores and accounts teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer.
- Valuable knowledge of dispatch and logistics process.
- Ability to maintain records properly.
- Responsible and punctual.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
