Position: HR Intern(Operations/Generalist) - Hiring for Mumbai Suburban Only

Key Responsibilities:

Attendence and Payroll: Managing employees attendence, thier leaves request, ensure accurate recording of employee work hours and making attendence report. Assisting in payroll of employees by ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, manage payroll-related queries

Grievance:



Resolve Employess concern's and grievence realted professionally and impartially

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.

Requirements:

0-2 YRS in HR Operations/HR generalist, Fresher's are alos welcome.

Hand's on Experience with attendance and payroll processes. (For Experienced Candidate)

Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/attendance systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

High level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field/ ANy Ordinary Graduate

Good handwriting, excellent english, good email writing skills, communication skills, Excel SKills..

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
