We are looking for an experienced UK Visitor Visa Officer / UK Visa Documentation Specialist who has strong expertise in handling UK Standard Visitor Visa applications from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete visitor visa process, including client documentation, application preparation, online filing, and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UK Standard Visitor Visa applications from initial consultation through submission.
- Understand UK visitor visa requirements and assess applicants' documentation.
- Prepare and organize complete visa documentation and checklists.
- Assist clients with the UK visa online application form.
- Draft and review supporting documents, cover letters and travel plans where required.
- Review financial documents, employment/business documents, accommodation details and travel history.
- Identify missing, inconsistent or weak documentation before submission.
- Upload and organize documents according to UK visa requirements.
- Coordinate UK Visa Application Centre (VFS) appointments and biometric requirements.
- Keep track of application status and communicate updates to clients.
- Stay updated with changes in UK visitor visa rules, documentation requirements and procedures.
- Maintain proper records of applications and client documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UK visa processing, preferably UK Visitor Visas.
- Robust knowledge of UK Standard Visitor Visa requirements and application procedures.
- Experience handling complete applications independently.
- Excellent documentation and proofreading skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and documentation gaps.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online visa application portals.
- Previous experience in a visa consultancy, immigration consultancy or travel company will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
The candidate should have practical experience filing UK Visitor Visa applications, rather than only general knowledge of immigration or travel services.
Candidates with experience handling multiple successful UK Standard Visitor Visa applications will be preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
