CodeXCrafts is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
This is a work from home-from-home opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with Meta Ads and understands lead generation and performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop lead-generation campaigns for CodeXCrafts' web development, mobile app, software and AI services.
- Research and define relevant target audiences.
- Set up and manage campaign objectives, ad sets, audiences and placements.
- Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns where required.
- Coordinate with the team regarding ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are properly configured.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
