Quality Control Chemist – HPLC / UV | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Chemist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

The position is suitable for candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a B.Pharm degree. Candidates having experience in drug chemical testing using HPLC or UV Spectrophotometer will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine quality control testing of pharmaceutical materials and products.
- Conduct laboratory testing as per established procedures.
- Perform chemical testing using laboratory instruments.
- Work with HPLC and UV Spectrophotometer where applicable.
- Maintain laboratory test records and documentation.
- Record observations and analytical results accurately.
- Follow laboratory procedures and quality requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas properly.
- Coordinate with relevant quality and production teams when required.
- Ensure testing activities are carried out accurately and systematically.

Qualification:

- M.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Biochemistry
- M.Sc.



Biotechnology
- B.Pharm

Preferred Experience:

- Preferably 1 year of experience in drug chemical testing.
- Experience working with HPLC or UV Spectrophotometer will be preferred.
