Zygofit, a fitness company, is looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Advisor to sell our fitness programs and memberships remotely and to guide a small team of sales associates. If you enjoy talking to people about health and fitness, and you can hit targets and coach others, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp and video calls to understand their fitness goals and recommend the right Zygofit plan.
- Convert enquiries into memberships and program sign-ups, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Lead, guide and motivate a small remote sales team (daily briefings, call coaching, target tracking).
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM / Google Sheets.
- Share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospective members.
- Support renewals, upselling and referrals from existing members.
- Give feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer needs.

Candidate Profile

- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales,



fitness or wellness sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience guiding or mentoring juniors is preferred. Strong candidates with less experience can also apply.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Malayalam.Hindi. or other regional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of fitness, nutrition and wellness.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Own laptop/phone and secure internet connection.

Education

- UG: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BPEd or similar preferred)
