About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to improve our online visibility, generate qualified leads and maximize the performance of paid and organic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, conversion optimization and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO and performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
- Improve website rankings through on-page, off-page and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and other SEO elements.
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve better ROI and cost per lead.
- Develop and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords and landing pages.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, leads, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools for analysis.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve landing-page performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors and the sales team for campaign execution.
- Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, advertising trends and digital marketing technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
- Experience with Meta Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
- Understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in SEO and performance marketing.
- Google Ads/Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating qualified leads through paid campaigns will be preferred.
