- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
- Assess students' academic and social needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for at-risk students
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop academic plans
- Facilitate communication between students, parents, and teachers
- Organize and conduct workshops on topics such as bullying, conflict resolution, and social skills
- Assist students with college and career planning
- Monitor student progress and provide follow-up services
- Coordinate with external agencies for student support services
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Advocate for students' academic, social, and emotional needs

Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
- Certification as a School Counselor
- 3+ years of experience working as a School Counselor




- Strong understanding of student development theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with conflict resolution and crisis intervention
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
- Proficiency in student information systems and counseling software
- Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field
- State certification as a School Counselor
- Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and best practices
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to student confidentiality and ethical practice
